By using this website or enquiring about a lesson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.

Training, not advice
Our lessons teach chart-reading methods and written planning habits. They are educational only. Nothing on this site or in a session is personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results. Trading involves risk of loss.
Bookings and fees
Places are confirmed by email after enquiry. Fees shown on the site are informational guides. A deposit may be required to hold Intensive or clinic places. Payment instructions are provided offline — this site does not process checkout.
Intellectual property
Playbook templates, chart packs, and session materials remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or run competing classes from our materials without written permission.
Conduct
We may refuse or end a booking if behaviour disrupts other learners or misrepresents our training as managed trading or signal services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our total liability for a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
