Refunds
How cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds work for our workshops, clinics, mentoring, and evenings.
Eligibility
Refund requests apply to paid lesson places confirmed by email. Informational prices on the website are not charges until we confirm a booking.
Timeframes
- Entry & Exit Intensive: full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the first session; 50% refund between 14 and 7 days; no refund inside 7 days except as required by law or if we cancel the cohort.
- Exit Discipline Clinic: full refund at least 7 days before; no refund inside 7 days unless we cancel or you transfer your place with our written agreement.
- Private Chart Mentoring: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before; late cancellations may be charged in full; same-day no-shows are non-refundable.
- Open Markup Evening / Markup Desk: drop-in fees are refundable up to 24 hours before; four-evening passes are refundable for unused evenings with 48 hours’ notice per evening.
Deposits
Deposits that hold Intensive or clinic places are credited toward the fee. If you cancel outside the full-refund window, the deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee unless we refill your place.
Rescheduling
We will try to move mentoring to another slot once without fee if you give 48 hours’ notice. Intensive cohorts are fixed; moving to a later cohort depends on availability and may require a transfer fee if materials for the original cohort were already issued.
Work already started
Once an Intensive or clinic has begun, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused future sessions in a running Intensive may be considered case by case if illness or emergency prevents attendance.
Materials
Digital playbook templates and chart packs already issued are non-refundable as standalone items. Printed packs, if any, are non-refundable once collected.
How to request a refund
Email info@digital-advancement.digital with your name, lesson, and booking date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Our cancellations
If we cancel a lesson, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date at no extra cost.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
