What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email, optional lesson preference, and message. If you enrol we may also hold scheduling notes, payment references (handled offline), and homework you choose to share for marking.
Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and confirm lesson places
- To deliver training and provide feedback on marked packs
- To meet accounting and legal record requirements
- With consent, limited analytics cookies as described on the cookies page
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer relationship continues. Enrolment and invoice records are retained as required for Australian tax and consumer law. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use email or hosting providers that process data on our behalf under contract. If a provider stores data outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold. Contact info@digital-advancement.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.
Children
Our training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
